Neon Cowboy Collection Vs Harlan Cowboy Collection

The Neon Cowboy Collection was the precursor to the Harlan Cowboy Collection and still is heavily represented and expressed through the Harlan cowboy Collection -- especially since many of the art pieces in the HCC fit the NCC archetype and will now be labeled as part of the New Cowboy Series within the Harlan Cowboy Collection -- but since the style of types of cowboy art offered under the collection is more broad now, the top level collection name had to be expanded as well so that it was all-encompassing.

The Neon Cowboy Collection was first launched in early 2025 in the Deep Ellum in Dallas Texas. The brand quickly took off and I sold just over 100 artworks that year. As demand grew and increasingly more styles came under demand, I wanted a way to combine them all under one umbrella so that there was a common thread through ever single cowboy artwork I released down to the collection level. I want each new cowboy piece to fall under one collection so that in the future when someone owns a Tay Harlan cowboy piece it will be labeled as a Harlan Cowboy #_, so that each one can be counted and accounted for. This also creates a sense of continuity and scarcity.

As mentioned previously, within the Harlan Cowboy Collection there will be different series of artworks based on the style and vibe of certain pieces. For example, there will be a Neon Cowboy Series, as well as a Black & White series, and so on and so forth. This way every cowboy piece will be under one collection, but fall under a different series to create some separation and distinction between them.

For anyone who bought a piece in 2025 and early 2026, which would be labeled with a One-off code between 1 and 121, that piece would like be part of the Neon Cowboy Collection, which again is the pre-launch collection that preceded and gave rise to the Harlan Cowboy Collection. Although these artworks may not be labeled with the collection name, they will have the unique One-off code, as well as the hand written Tay Harlan signature and title which we can confirm as an authentic Harlan Original.
